Ok so when I WILD lately, (been trying to WILD without sleeping first), it seems its the same as when I sleep first except that when I feel like I'm being "pulled in" I just stay in that state, my mind doesn't sink into a dream etc.
Now, when I feel like I'm being "pulled in", (when I haven't slept first) I'm always thinking about what I should be thinking about (that sounded weird..)
I'm not sure if anyone can understand the situation I'm trying to describe, but basically I'm asking anyone who WILDs without sleeping first what they concentrate on when this happens. Do I pretend its not happening? Do I have to train myself to ignore it?
