Hello all.

I always forget to try the WBTB, and what's annoying is I always wake up several times in the night naturally anyway, and if I could remember to try a WBTB it would be awesome, as my first lucid was a WBTB and I found it rather easy.

When you try a wake back to bed, or just wake up in the night, what stops you from just rolling over and going back to sleep?
