This morning, when I felt like I was in SP ( didn't get any vibrations or that ear beeping I normally get ) I moved my "real" hand, or so I thought.. It was my dream body I think. |

I have been seeing a lot threads recently asking how to know if someone is in sleep paralysis. I want to give some advice on what works for me when I try to wild. First I want to say that there is no need to be in SP at all. Everyone has different feelings before entering the dream and many people fail at understanding this. |

Its the same thing as the running. Imagine rubbing your hands and after a while, when you are in the dream(or close), you will feel your hands actually rubbing together. At this point, wait a few seconds and do a RC. I pinch my nose and breath. If I can still breath then I open my eyes and I am in my dream room. |

I don't feel numb at all. A couple mornings ago I was rubbing my hands together and when I felt my dream hands move I started getting some strong HI(it looked like a real metal door), but I did not feel "numb" or anything. Actually I was completely unaware of my body. |

What's the difference between dreaming that you're lucid and lucid dreaming?
Do you know any other Focuses I can use when I try this? |
