Making my life simpler would be too complicated. I wish I could do it though. |

Here's my theory. If you have more simplicity while awake, it's easier to become lucid. It also creates less stress and your mind is clearer. You know, get rid of things you don't need anymore, especially papers, we all have too many of them. Get rid of relationships you don't need anymore. Keep your schedule simple, only buy what you need. And make your sleep schedule/time simpler - no forcing yourself to sleep, which creates nightmares right away - at least it does with me. |

"What if I were to tell u that you can take control...of all of this? Look at all these people. Seems as though they're just all chatting away? Nothing to do with u. And yet., maybe they're only here because u wanted them to. U are their god. U can make them obey u or even destroy u."

How can simplifying your life be too complicated? At least make neat piles of messy things |

It doesn't mean u have to give it all up. Just give yourself a time limit on the computer, and tell yourself what websites you will Only go to. On the phone, don't make long conversations, try to tell the person you only have a few minutes to talk. We all need our phones and computers, but just make boundaries for yourself. |

this reminds me of an old story: in essence a man was carrying a giant rock around him everywhere he went. People asked him why he did that- he was obviously exhausted from it. his reply: "It's the only thing I have". People tried to convince him to put it down but he wouldn't believe them. Only once he was too frail to carry it did he put it down and have his burden lifted. |

TAKE DV members advice with caution! some have had zero or 1-2 LD's yet act like gurus
TOTAL LD's (almost all DILD/MILD) =160!!
new goals: have more LD's than Shift[X]
10-15min LD [ X] Article: A day in the life of an LD-er
the "Mind V.S. Body" Induction technique
Everyman 2 LD's/ sleep schedule progress
While I agree, I don't think I can simplify my life anymore, lol, its already at its simplest and I gotta say it feels great. I agree with the OP |

[QUOTE=Naturally Lucid;1041073 if you keep your real room, for example "spotless" at least on the floor, it's easier to note when a large piece of furniture is in the wrong spot, meaning you're dreaming. However, if your room is always messy, how will you know when your in your "dream room" if it's different, chaotic, messy anyways? |
