      WBTB problem plz help!

      every tim i try to do a WBTB i cant here my alarm go off because im in deep sleep, it annoys me and i need help for other ways of doing this.

      Same thing happened to me. Now I don't use an alarm. I use autosuggestion. It works better.

      Try moving your alarm closer or getting a more annoying alarm clock.

      yea i think moving your alarm clock closer might work. ive always been able to wake up with my clock dead close. ive never tryed autosugestion for it, but it should work.

      well if you're not able to get up by your alarm, that only means you're in deep sleep so set your alarm a lil bit late when ur deep sleep ends and when ur REM starts so u can try WBTB.

      i usually put my cellphone under the pillow and put the alarm on vibrate so then it vibrates my whole pillow causing me to get up.
      I don't have a signature

      Or do I?
