      What about a NovaDreamer?

It's been a year since I've been on this site, but I'm ready to get back into lucid dreaming again. I've been lucid probably 5 times in my life, and it is truly an unbelievable experience, (as you vets already know). For me, it just ends up taking too much time. I really need to spend quality time focusing on it, and even when I have become lucid, I ALWAYS get too excited and lose it within 30-60 seconds. I understand how to maintain lucidity and the techniques involved, the question for my topic is this. Do you think it is possible for me to cut down my invested time towards trying to become lucid by purchasing one of those NovaDreamers? Are they expensive? Where do I buy one? Anybody have any experiences with one? All comments are beneficial- thanks!
      Matt

hmm last time I checked the novadreamer cost 300$ and was out of production as novaDreamer2 is on it's way.

taking too much time? how? a momentary reality check during your daily activities every once in a while doesn't take time. Perhaps you just can't focus.
TAKE DV members advice with caution! some have had zero or 1-2 LD's yet act like gurus
      TOTAL LD's (almost all DILD/MILD) =160!!

Expensive and unnecessary. A few DV members have had novadreamers and enjoyed them, but it is vastly overpriced for something you can do for free, unless you have $300 to blow.

I have heard pretty harsh criticisms of the novadreamer before. Better to spend that 300 dollars on a new bed or something IMO =P

Complete waste of money, and for most people you need to work just as hard to become lucid with them. If you want a shortcut, the closest thing is using rhythm napping. If you can't become lucid using that technique, there's something wrong with you!

I'd preffer mastering lucid dreaming without a help of any devices or w/e that NovaDreamer is...

Why does it mean that something is wrong with you??
If it is THAT GOOD, then why do people need so many other techniques??
personally, my body builds tolerance to R.napping pretty fast, making it useless...

everybody is different, you can't really say that something is wrong with someone because a technique doesn't work for them :\
