The only real times that DEILD's seem to work for me is after a lucid fades I will stay still and get shot right back into another lucid.
well...when I have False Lucid Dreams, exactly at the moment they end, I know that I am awake, with my eyes closed, and I don't move my body, so that's excellent...
so, my method is inducing false lucid dreams, because they are easier...
