      How To Fail A DEILD

post things that could make us to fail DEILD or reentrying to dreams being lucid...
and how to stop them? I can't never DEILD because of this...

-ok, you are awake, but you moved, and too much
-you have to go to the bathroom
      -you are HUNGRY!
      -you opened your eyes...
-you aren't totally aware and fall asleep normally...
-and just simply, you did all correctly, but a the dream doesn't appear...WHY?

      ok, that's all.
      post your problem, your experiences...

      bye

well my only problem right now is that i sometimes forget to focus on it. i guess the only way to fix that is to focus better, sorry thats all i can come up with.

a problem which i used to have was moving or opening my eyes. when this happened i would just not even try to do it because i thought i wouldnt be able to do it, but i have recently realised that even if i do move (i always roll over then look at my clock when i wake up) i can still reenter the dream into a LD. so that is no longer a problem.

p.s. i love your sig pic

I have been in the DEILD limbo a few times.. The only real times that DEILD's seem to work for me is after a lucid fades I will stay still and get shot right back into another lucid.

Other times I've tried to DEILD I wake from a dream and I've become very very uncomfortable/hot/irritable very quickly. I haven't moved at all and I'm still in SP. I try to put up with it but I just don't shoot back into another dream so frustrated I just wake up.

well...when I have False Lucid Dreams, exactly at the moment they end, I know that I am awake, with my eyes closed, and I don't move my body, so that's excellent...
so, my method is inducing false lucid dreams, because they are easier...

Yeah I know what you mean. I failed a Deild this morning - my first attempt. I've never even tried a Deild because i've been focusing on WILDing, but this morning I suddenly realised that I was awake and my eyes were still closed, so I decided to try. Unfortunately I fell asleep without closing the curtains, and looking straight towards my bedroom window, so the intense light kept putting me off and I eventually gave up.
