For dream recall take a Vitamin B Complex pill an hour before bed. For lucidity...since you have a timer...forget daytime checks. Shift them to when you are sleeping..meaning the timer will be waking you up every hour and you will do an RC. It will wake you up for like few times and then go to sleep normally...very high chance you will dream of the check and be lucid or dream lucidly with an FA. If it dosen't work then you have to do the timing/waking spaced out near morning instead like first one is 2am then second one is 3am and 3rd one is 4am and you sleep it off. |
