help determin the best way to lucid for me

Ok so ive been trying since like december and i still haven't gotten it..
Im just not sure if I'm doing the right kind of way. I usually reality check a few times everyday, I have a timer go off every day at 5 pm for a reality check and ive done that for like 4 weeks now. And I have a dream journal which for some reason like the past week i have no entries for because i can not remember : /

what can i tell my self to remember dreams?

For dream recall take a Vitamin B Complex pill an hour before bed. For lucidity...since you have a timer...forget daytime checks. Shift them to when you are sleeping..meaning the timer will be waking you up every hour and you will do an RC. It will wake you up for like few times and then go to sleep normally...very high chance you will dream of the check and be lucid or dream lucidly with an FA. If it dosen't work then you have to do the timing/waking spaced out near morning instead like first one is 2am then second one is 3am and 3rd one is 4am and you sleep it off.

"I will wake up after every dream period and perfectly remember my dreams."

^^Repeating this before I fall asleep has worked for me.

Personally I've found that if I don't wake up some time during the night, I can't remember anything in the morning. So if you can't do it naturally set an alarm.

Fully agree with this. I found that unless I wake up from a dream, I would remember anything from it
