      Daydream

When I try to WILD , my mind starts to wander, to daydream alone...(I'm not talking about Hypnagogia)
the problem is that if I awake my mind too much I do not fall asleep, I think I need this "unconscious daydream" to fall asleep, but I need to be a little conscious and awake too, and that's the problem.
It is good to be near the daydream? but not to fall on it?
what does the daydream mean? it is a good sign to keep passively at it?
because I can't concentrate too much at this stage, I fall asleep....

      thanks bye!

I have daydreams ALOT. I use them to kind of kick start a dream. Its tricky to not fall asleep. You have to stay with it and be involved but not so much that you fall asleep. Practice definitely helps. These work most in my favor after a WBTB since its almost impossible to enter a dream from the start of sleep (at least anytime soon)

I would reccomend to cancel out the day dreams completly by counting.
You can imagine things that are some how related to the numbers counting.
