      WTF happened last night?

I've never been this close to a WILD. It was very strange. Last night when I went to bed about 2am, not too unusual, but I had a job interview today so I was definitely stressing some. Anyways, I smoked the usual bong bowl or two and hit the hay. Well maybe 25 minutes or so into my drifting off, I almost gained some consciousness but instantly when I did it felt like I was sitting at my computer.

It lasted maybe a full second and then it went away. I have no doubt I was halfway into a dream, what could I have done to ground myself? I had some blurry visuals, but mostly just physical.

There's not much you can do in that situation. When dreams first begin like that, they are notoriously fragile. Anything you purposely try to do will most likely end the dream.

Perhaps some practice might help, but don't try to force anything too soon. I often give up being lucid in the earliest stages of sleep just so I don't wake up.

Yea, that would make sense. It's just weird that I would be able to go into a dream right away even though I have 0 experience with WILD. I've just had 3 DILDs.

Alright so I went camping this week end with my friends and they told me I talk in my sleep. My brother and mom have told me a couple times before. I'm starting to be convinced I don't go into sleep paralysis. Is that even possible? I've got really good visualizations when I go to bed almost like HI's. I'm good at 3D imaging in my head. Could it be possible?

No, everyone goes into sleep paralysis. Unless your friends noted it looked like you were fighting dinosaurs in your sleep.
On LD hiatus. Probably will start again around new years.

Or, you know -- randomly throughout this year and next.

they said I groaned and moaned and kicked in my sleeping bag(none of which i recall). does that count? I do remember waking up to them talking for a second but then i quickly passed out again.
