      partial sleep paralysis

      hello all.

very often with my WILD attempts, i will get the wave of heaviness, pins and needles. all the things described as SP, but i will not actualy be fully paralysed.
i know this by being able to twitch my muscles.
      but i feel very numb

iv been on DV for a couple of months now and it seems there are quite a few people who experience this.

-am i close to 100% SP?

-is it because (A) my mind is to active, or (B) my body is to tense.
(im sure my body slams on the sp brakes for one of these two reasons)

-what techniqes are there to help with the above issues.

      thanks for any replies
(btw, i aplogies if any of my termonology of SP is wrong)

      Relaxation + hypnagogic hallucinations.

Sleep paralysis means that you are paralyzed. If you're not paralyzed, it's not SP. Since HH may precede, follow, or happen at the same time as SP, if you are getting HH you may be in SP (again, if you're paralyzed), or be on the way.

I guess you are crusading to end the use of SP as a substitute for HH?
On LD hiatus. Probably will start again around new years.

Or, you know -- randomly throughout this year and next.

Considering how completely inaccurate it is, yes, yes I am. There is a very distinct difference between SP and HH.

Oh, I am aware of their differences, I just noticed you being more vigilant about that lately.
