Not tried it yet with a full WILD attempt - I think it would be distracting. I meditate to Theta, Gamma and lambda - normally for 30 minutes a day -and get HH after about 20 minutes so im sure its possible if you keep going. |

Every Man and Every Woman is a Star - There is no god but Man.
The word of sin is restriction - Thou hast no right but to do what thy will.
Can you tell me more of lambda waves? Normally we use alpha, beta, delta and theta, sometimes gamma. Can you tell me about its function in meditation? And gamma's too. |

I've experimented with binaural beats for about a year and a half. Sometimes they work, sometimes they don't. I wouldn't say it makes it harder to WILD though in any case. |

In dreams of unspeakable joy—of restored friendships; of revived embraces; of love which said it had never died; of faces that had vanished long ago, yet said with smiling lips that they knew nothing of the grave; of pardons implored, and granted with such bursting floods of love, that I was almost glad I had sinned—thus I passed through this wondrous twilight. —George MacDonald

33 LD's (22 DILD, 3 DEILD, 8 WILD) and counting.
A lot of people say it's great, that helped them at both WILD's and AP's. The Monroe Institute made a lot of money selling brainwaves, they couldn't have done that for so long unless someone was pleased with the results. |

I tried it today, and had a short WILD. Yes, it made it easier to achieve a WILD, but it wasn't as vivid as my other WILDs. |
