      i can't believe this actually works i want to try wild but don't understand why i have to wake up in the middle of the night can anybody explain?

      Waking up in the middle of the night (more specifically, about 4.5 hours after going to bed) makes it much easier and probable to have a successful WILD. At this time in your nightly sleep cycle, your body will have entered the REM stage, meaning you'll re-enter at that same position in the cycle.
