      Little Problem

I was going to wake up last night to try to wild. I set my alarm to wake me up, ive done this before for a different reason and im normally still very tired when i wake up. But every time i try this now, i wake up naturally at almost exactly 2 in the morning and im not tired at all. It takes me around an hour then to fall asleep. Should i try wilding then or set my alarm sooner. I don't really know.

What time to you go to bed at night? How many hours after you fall asleep are you setting your alarm?

I fall asleep between 10:30 and 11:15. I sleep till 2. Wake up and can't go back to sleep easily. yes i set my alarm. After i woke up i went on here for a while and heard it go off. Btw it doesn't happen every night. Just several times its happened. Mainly when i accually set my alarm. If i don't set it ill sleep till noon the next day.

I have this problem, sometimes. If I try to wake up at the same time every night for a WBTB, my body gets used to it and my sleep pattern alters. I have to change up my timing to break the habit. Normally, I only WILD every couple days, so this doesn't happen.
