For fuzziness inside the dream, you should try a few stabilizing techniques. Try rubbing your hands together to improve the clarity. You can also try looking at your feet, spinning in a quick circle or two, shouting, "Stabilize!", or feeling textures of the objects around you. As long as you are doing some RCing then you are on the right track. Just keep practicing. Your fuzzy thoughts upon awakening are probably do to poor recall. I highly suggest starting and keeping a dream journal. Good Luck! |
