      Is there any way to combine things i think about to remind me of lucid dreams?

      Well basically i think of a few things throughout the day, computer games like warhammer online which i play very often, and girls (yeah im a horny 16 year old ) but i only really think about lucid dreaming at night before going to bed, and in the morning after waking up, i don't think about it at all during the day.

      So im wondering, is there anyway i can combine the things so i remember to do reality checks during the day so hopefully theyll spill over into my dreams and help me attain lucidity.

      You could always do a reality check every time you play warhammer and you could do one every time you think about sex/or sexual activities with girls.

      You could set an alarm too, eventually you'll start doing them on your own, and you won't need a reminder.

      I've been hooking a coloured paperclip on rubber bands and putting them on fingers, wrist and whole hand (I keep changing position so I don't become habituated to seeing them). Even if you're playing games you'll still have to use the toilet and get drinks etc so should be reminded.
