I think I need to post a warning about long term use of 'devices' to induce LDs. I used a light that goes off or a light that stays on and try to sleep for months although it was intermittent use I had created a permanant feeling of anxiety and now I have insomnia even without any device. For your eyelids idea and inhibiting anything that is natural to sleep it will cause sleeping problems later on because the mind will be so aware of the 'device' that it will create a habit of not sleeping properly and you'll develop insomia like me. So if you plan to use this for long I advice not to. |
