What tech do you guys think is best for me?

Before the school year started I scored about 3 (M)DILDs in roughly the 3 weeks I started trying. I tried often for WILDs with no luck in the whole time. I noticed that as my dream recall got better, the less LDs i had; all three DILDs were part of a otherwise black age of dreams for me. The very first day of the school year, or night, whatever, my DR was shot, and I haven't remembered more then still-images, and thats only like 4 pictures I have in my head. I was keeping a DJ but as soon as school started I didn't have any dreams to write down. One obvious change is that I started waking up pretty much the time I was going to bed before, making recording in a DJ impractical but i still tried, not that it made a difference.
So to FINALLY get to the point, does anyone have any personal recommendations for this type of situation? as im sure many people on here are also on a similar schedule now, where I cant sacrifice the early hours of sleep for a WILD and the abrupt waking in the morning shoots my DR, I was wondering if anyone overcame this.

EDIT: I dont mean to say Im totally crossing out WILD as an option. Just the typical method of laying in bed for up to an hour with the (big) chance I will give up.

School and/or work have a way of killing recall and lucids. The deeper culprit IMO is stress. It just means you're going to have to work a little harder.

If you're just starting out, WILDs can be a little more difficult, yeah. A good in-between technique might be a DEILD, coupled with WBTBs. Although anything that involves WBTB may make you too tired for school, so it may be something to do on weekends.

Anywho, it sounds like you tried MILD, and it was working for you. IMO, there's no need to try more difficult techniques when you already know that MILD is working for you. I would go back to doing MILDs, trying them every night, and of course keeping up your journal.
