Well, i don't know if there are a lot of MILDers in the forum as i mostly just see people asking around either about DILDs and WILDs but if someone can help me, i would be happy xD.

Well, what happened was the following. My first successful LD technique was MILD. I was reading EWOLD and i decided to try it. At first try i succeeded and had a MILD. I kept trying during the next weeks and had LDs almost every night. This happened on holidays when i had a sleeping schedule like this (go to sleep at 23:00 pm and wake up at around 8:00 am). Then i went to another place on holidays and my whole schedule was changed. I had trouble recalling dreams and also doing MILDs (just succeeded after about half a week but i couldn't do it regularly anymore, just randomly).

Then, the holidays away from home finished and i went back to my house. I had some DEILD before and experienced some SP and HH by pure chance. This made me get interested in WILDs and i kept trying them until now.

But now my holidays are over and, due to my classes, i would prefer to do MILDs again as they had a huge success rate and the dream quality was really good although i only got lucid some time after the dream onset.

What i want to ask is how can i succeed on MILDing again? My recall is a bit lousy lately but i really want to go back to this technique. Any tips? Should i try to take a regular sleeping schedule again? Use the same mantra? Btw, another thing i recall is that on my successful attempts i would be able to repeat the mantra until getting asleep and i can't do it anymore. If i repeat it, i will take a lot of time to get asleep.
