Lets say I try to mediatate on an empty stoamach, how far can I get?

If I feel hungry right before to bed, is it possible to meditate and start lucid dreaming or would I be too hungry?

I don't see why not. If you feel hungry, it may be that your body expects food at that time. Do you normally eat before you go to bed, but sometimes forget or dont have time? If that's the case, your stomach expects food but will return to a normal state shortly after it doesnt get any.
If you think you can't, you're right.

Hunger shouldn't effect your lucid dreaming, but if you are hungry why not just grab a snack before bed, lol. You can always eat in your lucid!

Yoshi is correct. While hunger may not directly affect your ability to become lucid during a dream...it sure can be disruptive if you're having hunger pains during an attempt.
