I'm sure you have heard this before but everybody is different so what I suggest may not even work for you at all. With that said, Do you have to get up early? If not I would say WBTB after 5-7 hours of sleep then get lucid dreaming on the brain, maybe by visiting this site or reading in your dream journal. For me, I've been coupling that with MILD and it has worked great so far but since that doesn't work for you then you might want to couple that with a WILD and see how that goes. Good luck! |
