I've tried it without success. Good luck though. hope you find a method that works for you |

I was thinking of trying a different affirmation to "I'll realise I'm dreaming" when I go to bed at night. |

I've been trying to think of something else, too. I sort of feel like something that I come up with would be more meaningful to me and thus work better. |

things like these dont work much for me, but I've heard of people that have lucids every nights from a similar technique. The person I read about always does checks where she remembers the last thing she did. If the last thing she did was go to bed, she knows shes dreaming. |

Lolwut.
Lol, I just say "I will have a lucid dream" and think about dreaming to do MILD. It works pretty well |
|
Working on: Daily awareness.
Lucid Task: Reverse the flow of a waterfall and ride up it.
I'm doing affirmations in the present tense at the moment. If I say "Next time I'm dreaming I'll know I'm dreaming" then when I'm in a dream and think the above affirmation, won't I think the affirmation is about some future event and thus I ignore it? |
|
I forget where I got this from, but I like to simply say, "I am dreaming," throughout waking life. Some monks somewhere... |
|
One I'd like to experiment with (or I'd love feedback if anyone's tried it!) is "I'll lie down, relax and try to go to sleep" (when in a dream). I'm thinking for DEILDing purposes (and maybe inducing FAs). |
|
I have went to sleep in dreams before. Sometimes the dream just ends, and I enter dreamless sleep. |
