I tried a WBTB for the first time last night.
It really didn't work at all, however I think many things I did that night made it inaccurate and failworthy...
- I went to bed at around 12:30am, waking up at 4am
- I had been to a wedding reception, and got a bit of sleep in the car home
- I don't think I managed to stay awake for a minute after waking up
Does anyone have any suggestions that I can change next time that I didn't do? I got nothing out of it.
