I think it depends on your intention. When you meditate you are trying to discard those thoughts and images and bring your mind back to thinking about nothing, or your mantra, loving-kindness, whatever. So for example, often when I meditate I will notice sounds or odd sensations but I try to ignore them. When you are WILDing I suppose that you would be intending to dream, and therefore the meditation would take that path since you'd be encouraging the dream visions. |
