      Talking Attempting My LD

Hi first of all I am new here, Lucid Dreamig has been a topic of interest to me for most of my life although until a little while ago I didn't have a name to associate it to. Now that I have I have been rigorously attempting to acheive one. Most of my life my dream recall has been very good, at least 6 days of the week i remember something of my dreams. I also have started a DJ since coming here which I have hears helps attain lucidity. I was wondering based on my already decent ability to recall dreams how long you could estimate it would take for me to even have a partial LD, as well as any tips you more experienced LD-ers might have for someone just startin on his journey to lucidity.

If you already have good recall, you have an advantage. It can take a while if you have to work your recall up from zero. You should be lucid in no time if you keep up on your reality checks and try a Wake Back To Bed whenever you can fit it in.
