      About reverse blinking technique

So, should you do it while WBTB, or before you go to sleep?

Cause I've tried it a few days now, and indeed, I fall asleep CRAZY fast. Except theres no buzzing, or HI or SP or what. So should you only do it during WBTB/WILD?

If you are wanting to pair it with WILD, I suggest performing reverse blinking during WBTB and napping sessions. Before sleep, you can also use reverse blinking along with a mantra/self-affirmation for a MILD. Good Luck to you!

I use reverse blinking as a sleep aid before bed, and as a WILD during WBTBs.

I love DEILD! SP is pwnage!

As stated, it's a great method for getting to sleep in any situation. If you're trying a WBTB or WILD I recommend a little trick with the reverse blinking. Try counting down from 100... one number for every time you open your eyes. Keep a good 4 to 5 seconds between reverse blinks, and every time you lose count..start over at 100. This allows you to let your mind wander but keep it on a short leash. I never made it lower than about 75, and once I entered a dream I realized it immediately. Often I lost count and my mind wandered when trying this. But I always realized it quickly and started over. So when my mind wandered enough to enter a dream, I quickly realized it because I had it in the back of my mind that I was doing something. This is hands down the best method I've ever used for getting into a lucid dream from a WBTB. The reverse blinking on it's own is great, but I often just fall asleep and don't necessarily become lucid. I hope this helps and I hope that made sense.

Sounds great to me! I'm gonna have to try it tonight!
      Thanks for the tip!

can someone explain reverse blinking? or can someone link me to where i can find it on the site?

im not at a point where i can get close to a WILD since im not experienced at meditating or falling asleep easy.

can this be used as towards a MILD? or DILD?

      dank u
