I do Zen Meditation every night before i go to sleep, It will help to train for Wilding But for DILD or other techniques it may do the opposite because of the fact it relaxes you and that will make you sleep deeper, But it may also increase the ability to question your reality. So again it may be beneficial. |

It doesn't matter how you meditate, as long as you can focus your whole attention on one thing, be it your breathing, your chakras, or whatever else you want. |

So basically just focus on, lets say your breathing, and sit down and clear your mind or something? |
