Yeah that sounds a whole lot like sleep paralysis. Strong vibrations and the stiff feeling. |

Well, I ended up waking up naturally in the wee hours of the morning, and I just remember falling into a half-sleep state of being on an island. Someone told me to recognize what it feels like to go to sleep, to try to paralyze myself. |

Yes, that was SP. If you can hang through that, and still stay aware, you should soon enter into a lucid dream. |

Yep, that sounds like sleep paralysis, to me. Try to see if you can repeat the experience. |
|
Oh wow, really? I was skeptical, considering it was induced from inside a dream to begin with. The problem is -- I didn't do anything, it just happened, so it really isn't repeatable. Now I know what I want to achieve though, thanks guys! |
|
That is a little strange that it was first induced from within a dream--whatever works, though! The vibrational state is common and typically people get really startled/freaked out when it first happens (I know I did). The more you experience it, the less startled you'll get. |
