      so angry still no lucids

My lucid dream dry spell currently stands at about 4 months. I am trying to RC throughout my day, talking about the subject, staying it will happen. nothing seems to work. It might also be me having troble falling asleep or watching T.V. before I fall asleep.
      Any help please?

      I'd be glad to help.

First of all, have you tried using a WBTB? (Wake Back To Bed) This can be very helpful if Dream Induced Lucid Dreams aren't working for you.

The techniques I would reccommend are MILD, WILD, or simply reading about lucid dreaming or writing down the dreams you just had before returning to bed.

For more information, consult your local Tutorials.

Also, stay with each method for some time. Some techniques may take a while to reach full effectiveness.

Haven't had a lucid dream in 3 years, and I'm looking to get back into it.

Are you keeping a dream journal?

When I was having lucids a few years ago, all I did was keep a dream journal for about a 2-3 weeks, and the lucids started coming.

I am having a dry spell also. I am still trying to WILD though. I've almost got it down.
