Can u tell me Your Technique to Lucid?

I can't get the hold on to Lucid. I always Think Im lucid then I just find out I actually just dreamed.

Can you tell me your Techniques into Being lucid?

I relax my body and I dont move and still nothing happens...[[im not impatient either]] I stayed still and relaxed for 4 hrs and nothing happened.

What am I doing wrong? How do I find my Dream Signs if I DO become lucid

Dream signs are things in that you see in your dream lots of times, for example my dream sign is my old neighborhood, i live in another state now and i'm dreaming about my childhood neighborhood more than 5 times a month, but the number of times you dream about your dream sign varies. Good techniques to do, well, one is wild, like you said you stay still but remember to count your breaths, it may take a lot of breaths but eventually you should enter a dream. But many find the wild technique hard, you could try a mild, i'm not that familiar with mild as i am trying to learn myself but form what i know, one form of mild is visualizing your dream, you have to get in a relaxed state whatever that may be for you and then imagine or visualize your dream seen whatever that may be. Also have a mantra which works for some, saying something in your head like when i dream i will know that i'm dreaming or i will know that i'm dreaming, there's several mantras in the tutorals that you can use. Deilds are fun to and it seems to be quite easy for some, i've had several and two in one night. Deilds are dream reenter as far as i know, after you wake up from a dream, try to think about the dream that you just had but don't open your eyes when you wake up, or at least try not to and lay still and think about the dream that you just had and you should be able to dream that dream again when you fall asleep. That's what i know so far, there are experts here who know far more than i, so hopefully someone elese can help you more than i did, i hope i was some what of help.
