I am planning on running every night now for about forty minutes in intervals. I notice after this run I am a lot more tired. What type of effect may this have on my lucid dreaming? |

Probably depends on what kind of sleeper you are now, as a deep sleeper might not noticed much of a difference compared to a light sleeper. Generally being tired means a deeper sleep. Which means you have longer lasting dreams, that are more detailed and vivid, but have a harder time remebering them. |

I've gone through periods where I get regular exercise (I used to jog every night) and I find when I do I seem to be more alert... more aware. I wonder if this applies in the dreaming state as well? |

*shrugs* It's not like there've been any studies on it. |
