      pretty much same here. it's been 18 days for me on this forum / in this training. i've had 1 LD so far, i was woken by a phone call.
      anyways, the point is to not let it get to you, when you realize you're dreaming, stay cold inside, don't overheat like YES I DID IT, cause that will work negatively. try to stabilize your environment and all. also try focusing on your body. my first lucid: i didn't even stabilize the environment, i focused on getting my hands to catch on fire, and they did , and i remained very lucid untill i got woken by the call

      you said it yourself, you were very excited , well, don't do that
      happy yes - too excited no.
      Focus on your body and the texture of things around you. don't go up in the storyline of your dream too much, at least not as a novice. Going into the story of your dream will result in destruction of your lucidity if you're not very good at it, at least that's my humble oppinion.
