      Achieving SP in dreams?

I think I have gotten to SP 15 times or so. Two of the times I knew it, I could not move, and they felt a little different. Has anyone ever had sleep paralysis in their dream? I had a wierd experience early this morning. I remember waking up at 3:50 AM this morning, and thought I should WILD. I barely moved when I woke up, just enough to glance at my watch ONCE. So then I layed still, I was on my right side, and 30 seconds later, I hit SP. I tried to move to make sure I was their, and I couldn't! then after 10 seconds, random images started floating bye my dream eye. I just blankly stared ahead, not focusing on any, and then one picture in particular slowed down and started to grow bigger, so I focused on it a little, then I heard a voice say "Enter REM now". I am pretty sure that is what it said. I could of said "Enter dream now", but I think it is the other. Then i don't remember what happenned. That wouldn't happen it a dream, would it? Full SP, not being able to move, seing the images. But then I had a dream, non-lucid. I either had it before or after trying to WILD. I might of had it before, and dreamed of waking up and wilding, because after I WILDed, I woke up a while later, and the clock said 3:47AM, 8 minutes before I WILDed. I didn't do any RCs, unfortunately. So I either dreamed of SP, which would be wierd to have it that real, or dreamed of waking up at 3:47. I need to get into the habbit of RCing before I wild, and whenever I wake up. I also had 4 other dreams. I never seem to remember to write in my DJ, because I don't remember the dream I had after WILDing(if I even did in real life). I just know I had one, because I remember one little part. This is the seconds time I have purposely gotten into SP and not been able to move. The other time I fell asleep right when I got to SP
The other 13 times I think I got to SP, but didn't try to move, I don't know about them. I had to struggle to breathe, my heart was racing, and it felt like I was moving up and down really fast, plus I heard wierd noises. After laying there for 20-30 seconds, it just stops. Maybe I just wasn't ready to go into REM, and my body realized I wasn't asleep?

Well I am going to get into the habbit of doing RC whenever I WILD, and if I think I fail, and whenever I wake up. Plus wright in my DJ.

If I attempt to WILD while awake, but fall asleep or give up, I tend to have a spike of LDs or dreams including SP. The SP in my dreams usually involves a load of wierd movement, rushing, and vibrating.

It's not that different, though; for me at least.

And I strongly, strongly recommend getting into the habit of questioning reality every time you wake up, AND right before you go to bed. I've saved myself from so many FAs by doing that. It really helps! ;3

We all live in a kind of continuous dream. When we wake, it is because something,
some event, some pinprick even, disturbs the edges of what we have taken as reality.

Thanks! And when I fell asleep when I reached SP the first time, I had 5 luids after that!
3 of them were actually 5 minutes.

YES. Ok, I found out that I WILD and get to 'SP' in my dreams. So this morning at 5 AM, I got up to go to the bathroom and get a drink. So 10 minutes later I was back in bed. I tried to WILD. I was very tired though and knew I would probably fall asleep. I fell asleep and had a dream. A wierd one, as usual. Then I either woke up or had an FA. So I found myself in bed. Forgot to do an RC. I think it was a dream, because I didn't remember having a dream. So I layed perfectly still, and then I got to SP. This is in a dream. It felt like the other times I have failed. When I got there, I tried to move to see if I was really in SP. I could move, but I had to use some effort. I tried to reach up to my nose to the nose RC. Then I woke up before I could do it. I did not do an RC to make sure I was awake, but I was sure I was, because I remember my wierd dream and trying to WILD. So the other times were possibly in a dream. The wierd thing though, is that after I thought I failed all the other times, I did an RC after and I was awake. So who knows...
