      I have to agree with Clyde. Thanks for the info. I might also try visualization tonight since counting gets boring after sometime

      My general problem with visualizing is that when I start to create a scene I can only hold it for a few seconds before I kind of lapse out of it. I can continue things but it's a real start and stop kind of thing, have never gotten far.

      No, but it usually helps. I find that when I WBTB I am "in the zone".
