You see, I have a sleeping issue where I don't fall asleep until 6-7am, waking up at around 2:30. Last night I tried reverse blinking (around 1am) thinking it'd help me fall asleep early. It didn't do anything. |

I think those pills will make your dreams more emotionless, and I don't think you will have as many, but if you set your mind to it, and think about it every night you should be able to have more dreams and maybe have a lucid! Just have confidence, and don't think about the pills. Also try searching a little on Google for more info. |

If my sleeping pattern is really out of synch, I'll stay up an extra hour or so later than the previous night. Eventually I'll be going to sleep during the night time. As for the sleeping pills, I wouldn't advise them. Dreams are normally non existent or very low quality. If it's a natural one, then I would consider it, but not the stuff with diphenhydramine in it. |

Eat a nice hot potato with melted butter, it helps me fall asleep. |

I have the same problem. Hence, why I'm up right now. I have gotten to the point where I go to sleep around 12-1 for a few weeks though. If you have a laptop and typically use it on your bed for an hour or two before sleep try a few days without it. You have to associate your bed with sleeping only. Nothing else. Or if it is possible try sleeping on a couch or another bed for a few days to help you forget about bad experiences with trying to get to sleep in your own bed. |
