I was WILDing last night and managed to stay mostly concious for a while before my legs violently jerked upwards, the movement mostly from my knees, but the rest of my legs followed. I was confused, but kept laying there until it happened again. I was freaked out and foolishly stopped the WILDing, then promptly did a reality check. It wasn't a dream. So, were those extremely crazy vibrations, or is that normal, lol? It's so weird! |

hmmm, that's really interesting. |

I get minor muscle spasms similar to what you've described when WILDing, so I'd say that's a normal reaction. It's more serious than I've ever heard of happening, but I think it's just a side effect of LDing this way. Hope it doesn't happen all that often! |

I'm not on DV much these days, but I'll try to toss a cool dream or two into my DJ.
I wasn't asleep yet, though, I was still laying there. Next time I'll just keep on going~! |

Yeah, they'll feel like bigger motions than they actually are - my fingers sometimes jerk around, but really they barely even move. |

I've had this too. Sometimes I will be laying there awake letting my mind wander, and then my body jerks or has a spasm and I am brought back to my senses.. |
