      Lucid random times?

      Hi all!

I have heard about lucid dreaming and done it in one year now and i have only became lucid twice the last three months. The reason of that is because i got lucid those two times completely random, which is really annpying!
Is there any thing i can do to improve this?

Best regards from a dragon believer!

There are 3 basic things you can do:

      1) Keep a DJ (Which you already do by the looks of your sig)

      2) RC often

      3) Take up an LD technique for a few weeks

It's common to get spontaneous LDs from time to time, but if you want them often, doing the methods above is probably the best thing you can do.

One more big thing to try is Wake Back To Bed. Even if you don't pair it with any other techniques, it still greatly increases your dream recall, vividness, and chances of lucid dreaming.

Yea good luck man, and keep with it. If you do it long enough you'll get it eventually. I tried it awhile ago and stopped doing it, but now I'm back into it and it is really worth it
