'The petals dance through the wind,
The crimson blood shimmers on the snow,
The shattered heart weeps of hidden sorrow.
And over a pure white sky,
rises a black moon.'

Well, generally speaking everyone wakes up after each REM phase, because you usually do a sleep position shift before and after each REM phase, and wake up for a very short time before going back to sleep. To use this to your advantage, I imagine you'd find great benefit out of using the DEILD method to chain lucids together, and to get lucid easily when coming out of other dreams. |

DV Dictionary. / Verious: a definition. /
I'm not on DV much these days, but I'll try to toss a cool dream or two into my DJ.
I would recommend DEILD. It's easy for beginners and pretty non-disruptive since it should only take a few min at max. Check out the tutorial. |
