      Lightbulb Unintentionally trained myself to not open my eyes.

      Hi, recently i've started waking up in the mornings without opening my eyes, I feel completely jumb but I dont think its SP because I can get up instantly. Now, i've heard that there are various techniques that can be done in this state to get into an LD. Could anyone give me some advice on how to take advantage of this state? (by the way, usual time I wake up like this is 5:00 - 6:00, it happens quite reguarly).

      My advice is to you is to lay completely still and if you remember the dream you've just woke up from try picturing it in your head and you will have a very high chance of jumping back into that dream lucid !
