      Inild?

I think I just might've come up with a brand new dream induction technique. Last couple of nights, I kept finding myself lucid at some point in a dream, completely unaware of how it happened.

The vividness of these dreams has been poor, but my control has been amazing. I literally managed to change the entire architecture of a building right in front of me. But I honestly don't remember how I got to the conclusion that I was dreaming. No RCs, no induction techniques, just random spurts of awareness. And most astonishingly of all, I didn't have a single drop of doubt that I was dreaming. I knew it just as surely as I'd know I'm awake during the day.

What would that be? And Inexplicably Induced Lucid Dream? Or a Random Display of Awareness?

      Hah.
To truly know someone is to have seen through their eyes while they were dreaming.

PM me if you want to get acquainted. Looks like adoption's not an option.

The only way I become lucid is through bursts of awareness, too. RCs and dream sign recognition comes afterwards, to confirm the fact that I'm dreaming.
I think what you're describing is a DILD.
We all live in a kind of continuous dream. When we wake, it is because something,
some event, some pinprick even, disturbs the edges of what we have taken as reality.
