Try to reach out and touch something. If you can grasp something and feel it. Like really have the feeling of that thing in your mind. The more senses that you activate (touch, sound etc.) the better. Soon you may feel yourself inside the dream, do a reality check if you need to and then use the variety of techniques that exist to really make the dream vivid and real. I think a few of these include rubbing your hands together and spinning. I've heard of another thing that can help get you into the dream. If you see a scene of people try to look someone in the eyes. You were really close (closer than I've ever been!), I think you'll do it next time. Good luck! |
