Are there any known chemicals that make it easier to becoming lucid in a dream?

Are there any known chemicals that make it easier to becoming lucid in a dream? I have been on Citalopram for three months now and ever since I started taking the drug 1/3 of my dreams are lucid. Granted some of the lucid dreams are at the very end of the dream and I can't accomplish much. However, before I was on Citalopram I only had a lucid dream once a month.

      What do you guys know/think?

B vitamins improve the vividness of dreams, which may assist in becoming lucid. I hear that fruits also help.
I don't usually think, therefore I mostly am not.

I drink apple juice during my WBTB...It improves the vividness of my dreams. And I eat a banana, it improves my dream recall. I wouldn't take any drug to get lucid. My opinion.

Last night I tried taking Melatonin just before gong to sleep and then B6 at WBTB. I had a much longer dream with some very vivid parts and my memory of the dream seems to be growing since I've woken up. This is a huge improvement for me because I haven't been remembering my dreams for months up until 2 nights ago when I tried taking a B-Complex supplement pill.

So I've been interested in trying to find some galantamine but I've had a really hard time finding any. Just ordered some b6 and choline from amazon so hopefully those help me along my quest a little more. What has been really intriguing to me are entheogens such as African Dream Herb (Entada rheedii), yopo (Anadenanthera colubrina), kava kava, etc... any of you guys have any luck with these?

Here is an excellent site where you can order the Galantamine extract with Choline for a really cheap price:

Advanced Dream Nutrition: Lucid Dreamer Product

I personally cannot say to much about the product since I have only used it once so far, but I have heard many great things about this combination. It should really help increase dream vividness, and increase your chances of having a lucid dream while improving memory. I look forward to experimenting around with this a little more.
