Thread: Interacting with the physical during OBE?

I'd say it was just a coincedence. But that's just my opinion. I think if interacting with real physical things during an OBE was possible, the world would be going insane.

Basically I came out of my body, like an OBE. I went and walked around my house and stuff, and there was nothing unusual, just what my house is like at night. So I decided to go outside. I went to the front door and it was locked, so I unlocked it and went outside. Now my parents ALWAYS lock the doors. That's important to note. Anyways, I just went outside and walked around my neighborhood. There was nothing unusual, just my neighborhood at night, like it actually is. Finally I got bored since nothing interesting was happening, and I went back home and crawled back into bed/my body and went to sleep, without locking the door behind me. I woke up the next morning and went downstairs and the door was unlocked.

So, is it possible to interact with the physical realm during an OBE? If it is, I would have to say that this was an OBE.(accidental, mind you. I had never even heard of them, letalone looked up techniques for how to do it) If not, I guess it was just a huge coincidence that my parents happened to forget to lock the door on the night that I had that dream and unlocked it.
