I have always had very vivid dreams sometimes even re living a real life situation or dreams of the future or where someone/something was that i honestly didn't have a clue about for instance i dreamed once where a little girl was who had been missing someone had killed her family and kidnapped her i dreamed she was in the woods i woke up and told my mom a few hours later they found her in the woods tied to a tree almost dead. my mom couldn't believe i had already told her where she was. anyhow last night i was having a normal dream about cleaning my house in the middle of the dream a blue tunnel showed up and i traveled through it. when i reached the end i saw my husband as a child i wont go into detail about what i saw because it was very personal but when i finally came to my husband was still asleep and he started sleep talking he said "Sara how were you there? how did you know what happened?" which freaked me out, he sleep talks all the time sometimes i even wake up in the middle of us together having a sleeping conversation. but it just was very odd that he said that right after i had been watching either his memory or his dream as far as i know this is the first time this has happened. also i did not know my husband when he was a child we met at the age of 18 and the situation in the dream he has never said or even had a hint at.

no i do not meditate my sister does and can do the same things but she has to work towards it. when i told her about it she kind of got jealous because she said she has noticed ive had the gift for a while more then just astral travel i have also spoken to my best friend who is dead and my sister dead boyfriend through my dreams where they told me very detailed specific things which turned out to be true. my sister and i are very close and are working towards controlling these things instead of it being so random.

Do work with it but try not to force things forward or such as it might not work out well in that regard. Try to feel for where you might need to be and where you might need to go. Trust instinct/heart in these matters and it will lead you right.
