If you talk to this friend and find out he had the same dream, then it was a shared dream. If he doesn't remember, there's no way of knowing for sure. |

Hey, I have a question about Shared Dreaming. Last night I became lucid and tried teleporting to a friend's dream. It worked and I found him, and when I lost lucidity I was sent back to my own dream. Could it have not been the person's dream though? Could it have been just another part of my dream? (Note: He didn't see me until I used some of my energy to become visible and looked very surprised when I appeared.) |

I grant you permission to dream with me.
It could have been him, it also could have been a manifestation of your mind caused by expectation. You can see his energy to know its him. Sometimes you will have the expectation of of feeling his energy And there will be a thin layer of energy that appears to be his but underneith it it is actually yours. This happens sometimes when people think they think that they've found their dream guide and they "felt" their energy, but the thing is they had the expectation of feeling it and that why they felt it. But even if your dream guide is a manifestation of your mind you can use him as a tool to explore your subconcious. |
