      Question on Shared Dreaming

Hello, so i have limited knowledge on shared dreaming nor have any experience but find the concept really interesting and have a question regarding it for all people whom have experienced it.

Lets say you are having a shared dream with someone, or at least connecting with another dreamer / real person on the dream plane and they wake up. What happens to them? (if you were looking at them and they woke) what would you see?
Is it really real or am I still dreaming?

I've never seen it happen, but from the accounts I've read they just disappear.

Lucid Dreamers just disappear? I had a lucid dream for the first time last night and a friend of mine remembers me with a remote(he thought it was a tv remote..he got that part wrong laying on his couch...he doesn't remember what I said to him and then I just disappeared. I remember telling myself before going to bed to visit a few friends and I did. Read my bio if you want the full story but I was jus wondering if thats what you meant?

from what i understand dream time does not run parallel to regular time so im not sure if it would matter. ive definately had dreams that felt like alot longer than the time i was out for. deep dreaming can be like stepping out into infinity, especially if you get a bit,,,shall we say lost

He didn't get it wrong. There are differences in shared dreams. Differences that are somewhat similar in nature. Like to dreamers go into a restaurant, one sees a Burger King, the other sees a Denny's. In fact I'd go so far as to say each dreamer is in their own unique dream, yet it's still a shared dream. In this case you can't say it was your dream alone, it was his too, so he can't be wrong about what he saw.
