I was wondering if anybody has used this product? I looked through the website briefly but was interested in possibly ordering one of these mp3? Does anybody have any advice on what one wold work best for OBE and if its worth the cost? Can these be found for free anywhere?

I have the tape version. It puts you into a deep state of relaxation for sure. I don't have to patients to use anyone else's program so that was all I got out of it and do LD my own ways and have had OOBEs in my own ways as well.
If your the stick with it type you'll probably do well with it.

Thanks for the advice fellas. I will do some more searching. The new stuff looks pretty interesting so I think Ill see if anyone has some experience with those.

The Monroe Institute is a very good and legitimate organization, not some snake-oil website. They have been around for a good deal of time, have grown and are not into fanatics or religious nonsense. They are totally trustworthy in what they aim to do. If you have the money I would try some of their things.

Robert Monroe's books are also awesome, start with his first one and work up. These books that are great reads about his experiences, are not only fun but are also great teaching tools. You might do great just getting his books.

Thanks for the info Caden, I ended up taking a chance and purchased the above mentioned from his wed site. I have read a few books so far...the best being by Bulhman but have not read Monroe. Bulhman does mention Monroe in very positive light a few times in the book. I may have to get some of Monroes books as well but fight now a have the 2 other AP books and 2 AP ebooks I still havent read yet. As of not I reading The Tibetian Yogas of Dream and Sleep. I would highly recommend this book if you havent already read it.

yeah I wanted to say that but I'm very iffy about mentioning torrents here.

I have the monroe OBE collection, it got me into some very deep states but the problem I found was that it required you to memorize too many things... like all these preparation techniques which you really need guidance for but as the course progresses your just expected to do it alone - in a shorter time frame without the sound cues. If you've listened to this course you'll know what I mean. I also don't really like listening to any kind of tracks where you have to repeat something out loud, or make a weird noise out loud. Mostly because I live in a block of apartments

One type of hemi-sync technology I did find really great was actually something called Holo-Sync - which is practically the same thing. There is an advert they have "meditate deeper than a zen monk" where they offer a free sample CD. I can't actually find any torrents for this stuff, but I tried the sample CD and it got me deeper than I ever been, and left me in that deep state for hours after use - and that was only the sample track! apparently you can get personal holo-sync hypnosis tracks made tailored for your own needs from these guys which would be something really worth paying the money for - if you had the money.

Another type of hemi-sync I liked is the Kelly Howell stuff. Easy to find and theres lots of it.

I would suggest as well just for OBE to find some good ambient music.
