I got shoved out of my dream?!

Okay Hello Everyone. So the other day I had this dream I was walking down a street and it had beautiful buildings and I could control everything(Yay for lucid dreaming!) and I had a few people walk up to me and I didn't want to be annoying and ask who they were so I just went along with everything they said. I went into a small clothes store and I was going to buy a Teal pair of skinny jeans(on a quick note every piece of clothing I buy in my dream is either indigo or teal O.o) I heard someone walking towards me and I saw my friend and he had a blank lifeless expression. I hadn't seen him in so long I ran up to hug him and I felt something hit me in the middle of my torso,my friend punched me I guess.And then I felt myself falling off my Loft bed and hitting the floor, it didn't really hurt. Then I saw myself sleeping and I went back to my body. I wanted to ask, is it possible that that WAS my friend who punched me in my ribs? I wouldn't think anyone would be able to do that. Has anyone else been shoved out of there dream like I have?
