      Insidious have any truth about Astral Projection

      Me and my friend have both seen Insidious and are wondering if there is any truth behind the story, can you go 'too far' can you get stuck.

      Anyone know?

      Some 'myths' I've heard from some 'paranormal communities' I belong to have discussed 'evil spirits or beings' that you will meet along your Astral Projection journey that can trap you there. And if you go too far you can indeed get stuck. However I'm not sure of the credibility of these sources. It's an interesting thought though. I wouldn't pay too much mind to that movie. Hollywood likes to glam things up .

      I have never heard that youc an get stuck while astral projecting. I have heard that you can run into demons but it's nothing like Insidious. Don't worry, Astral Projecting is pretty safe.
